Hong Kong Laughter Yoga Academy is a registered charity organization in Hong Kong to build healthier & happier communities by connecting people with playful & mindful laughters in innovative, loving & kindness programmes.
Our Mission:
1)Spread Laughter Yoga for enhancing Health & Happiness in the Community
2)Connecting People in a happy and healthy community to share love & care to people in need.
3)Research on Laughter Yoga application to share the knowledge of effectively using laughter yoga in the community.
We provide:
- family laughter yoga session for parents and kids aged 4-8.
- Kids laughter yoga session for social skills for kids aged 6-12.
- Adult Laughing for stress management session.
