What are Whizpa Guidelines for User Reviews?

We love to hear from you about your family, children and your experiences with different education providers in Hong Kong. We value your input, thoughts, opinions and comments on our platform. We want Whizpa.com to become a trusted source of information, reviews, opinions, comments and testimonials and we believe you can help us achieve this goal by giving as honest, fair and true reviews and ratings as possible. We will aim to publish reviews in a timely manner and to help us quickly publish your reviews, we encourage our users to follow a few simple rules when writing reviews:

Keep reviews relevant and ensure they are family friendly. This is because Whizpa.com is an education review website which is open to parents in our community. Reviews which contain sexual explicit comments, foul language, personal attacks, advocate illegal activites and vulgarity will be rejected or removed.
Keep reviews as original, honest and true as possible. Write your comments, advice, opinions and details as accurate as possible to your knowledge. Make it your own! Materials that are plagiarised from other websites or reviewers will be rejected or removed.
Keep reviews neutral and unbiased. Good reviews are reviews that are helpful and provides unbiased advice to others. If you suspect any reviews are fraudulent or doesn’t meet the Whizpa.com Review Guildelines, please “Contact Us” located at the bottom of our website or “Report a Review” located at the bottom of each review on the provider listing page.
Keep reviews to most recent. The best reviews are those written within 12 months of your experience. We do not publish outdated reviews. We want to know about your experience with different providers. You can submit as many reviews as you want as long as you are reviewing a unique experience at each location each time. You will be allowed to review each provider once and additional reviews for the same provider can be submitted 3 months after the first review is published.
Keep reviews relevant to Listed Providers. Please make sure reviews written correspond to the correct provider and branch. For example, if a review is written for a certain branch of a provider, please ensure review is submitted for the corresponding provider listing page in the right location. Do not write reviews about another provider on a provider’s listing page if they are not related. We reject reviews that do not correspond to the right provider.
Keep reviews easy to read. Please make sure reviews are written in clear alphabets and language. That way users will be able to follow your reviews easily. We require min of 100 characters for reviews but no maximum. For title we will have a max of 200 characters. For tips, we have a min of 300 characters but no max.
Keep reviews in line with the privacy policy of Whizpa.com. Please do not share your personal details like phone numbers, passwords, credit card details, full contact details and account details with the public. This covers both you and other reviewers’ information. We will remove such information from your reviews before they are published.
