I am a Private/Freelance Tutor. How can I get listed on Whizpa ?

We do not create listing pages for Private or Freelance Tutors as they do not have set location for conducting kid's classes. However, Private or Freelancer tutors can advertise their services on our News & Offers page (http://whizpa.com/news-offers). We have set advertising rates for this page.
