Do my customers need to sign up before they can use Whizpa.com?

Whizpa.com is an open platform which allows users to search, filter and compare providers without having to sign up first. However, when a user submits a review, he/she will be required to sign in or create an account before the review can be submitted. This will increase accountability and prevent anonymous reviews.
