The World of Yoga by Menka

Menka offers a beautifully well rounded educational Yoga experience for children. The experience my child had was personal and warm through Menkas love and dedication to the art of Yoga and her passion for teaching. In the class the children are taught many new and traditional positions of Yoga, but also the foundations and history of the practice, as well as lessons in anatomy, nutrition, mindfulness, meditation, breathing, and posture. All the classes are led in a way that children can connect with, through drawing, singing, and storytelling. My child was excited to share with me what they learned every day when I picked them up. They are still doing the learned poses and breathing techniques at home as well as a continued spark of curiosity for Anatomy and Mindfulness. An exceptional experience. We look forward to signing up for Menkas next class.
