Great gymnastics activity for young children.
My child is 4.5 and loved My Gym. The instructors are great, energetic, kind and most importantly FUN. The classes run for 1 hour and it includes, stretching, working on the children's balance and agility as well as a good introduction and foundation of gymnastics. Good exercise and fun for the kids.
Once your a member, they have free play time slots, where the kids are able to go and play in the gym.
No free trial in this class, the class charge will be waved if your child signs up for membership on the spot. A slight draw back if the class you want is not available. Therefore a tip is make sure the class and time slot you want has space, before you sign up.
Overall a great experience, highly recommend the gym and the team!
