Mabel is a lovely consultant, she's been helpful since the very start. I cannot recommend this company enough. The only downside was they were often quite busy at causeway bay, luckily they have opened a new branch in mongkok, that should help the traffic. Good luck Britannians, hope you keep the same atmosphere even when you grow bigger.
