Great Swimming Programme
My children have been swimming in the ESF programme at South Island School for a few years now, and really enjoy the lessons. The coaches are really patient and thorough in correcting their strokes. The focus here is really on swimming well, and not necessarily on speed. This suits my kids perfectly, as they are not interested in competing in swimming competitions, but enjoy swimming as a good form of regular exercise.
