Expect employees to work all the time with no breaks
If a student cancels and you get a break, employers then give you their own kids to teach
They do not want you to have ANY free time
No bathroom breaks between classes as they are back to back
No days off or else you risk losing your "bonus"
Very aggressive employers that will shout at you even though they give you no training
Use the 4k bonus to make sure you do not take any sick days/ even 1 hour off, taking a 15mins break can amount to you losing your bonus
