Enjoyable
My boy started since 15 months old and we are through to his 3rd year with HWI. He always looks forward to attending his weekly class. Overall an enjoyable experience. The class progress adequately so kids can enjoy their time in the pool while they pick up each skill at their own pace. First drawback is class size: our class is on Sat morning which is one of the most popular times of the week, the pool is packed with two parent-child classes, each 10-12 pairs, plus about 15-18 kids for individual swim with 3 instructors. The pool is packed ! As parents we stand along the side of the pool shoulders by shoulders to each other while we do some exercises with our kids. You can imagine how much room we have for the swim. The other drawback is about the changing room facilities : in winter, the water has never been warm enough to do an after-swim shower for babies and kids. The changing room is in filth and it seems it has never been cleaned for years. Also, suggest to install a wall-mount hair dryer so in cold days youngsters can leave the premises without wet hair.
