Bigger than the Central/Sheung Wan shop, Wan Chai Petit Bazaar is a must-go in Hong Kong children shops’ landscape
Petit Bazaar is a trendy French brand to clothe, entertain and equip the bedroom of your heartily spoiled babies and kids. I say “spoiled” are products there are expensive though of good quality and very nice design. Compared to the Central/Sheung Wan shop, Wan Chai Petit Bazaar is bigger. It’s a two storeys shop where you can find pretty much everything from toys to clothes as well as jewelleries, games and bedroom equipment. Equipment for children bedroom are particularly nice there and you’ll have to refrain yourself to just buy the whole shop. They sometimes have sales going on but even then, not everyone can afford it. They also have traditional and modern wooden toys. You won’t find there any plastic, bright coloured, noisy toys there although we must admit our children just love them! Like in many children clothing shops, they are very well stocked with typical little girls’ clothes, jewelleries and hair stuff. Some parts of the shop look like princesses’ paradise so if this is your child style, get ready! I found many of the birth presents I offered to my newly parents friends in Petit Bazaar, including a music box that I keep buying since babies just love it. They have a bunch of them with different styles that are all pretty cute. Happy shopping!
