Experience of Montessori x Reggio at the Open House
I've heard of Mulberry Tree due to their playing facilities are not something you can easily find in Hong Kong. When I was searching about them, I've found out that they were having an Open House so I have registered right away. When we got there, we were led into one of the classrooms, then when more participants joined in, they firat briefed us regarding their beliefs, how they run classes etc. Then we were toured around to different rooms, e.g. kitchen, music room, craft studio and a room for toddlers. After the tour, children were able to free play at their outdoor playground, which is pretty all-rounded from drawing easels to climbing frames, and from artificial glass slide to sand pit. Then we were invited into the kitchen for some snacks. A little bit more chitchat with the teachers then it was time to go. Oh right, they don't call themselves teachers but facilitators because they don't want to let the children have an impression that they are in charge like the traditional schools. Overall I like the facilities there, especially they are planning to expand their facilities to a treehouse and a brick oven. They have trial sessions so I am planning to bring my baby to join one of them later.

Tips

They have a parking lot but the entrance is a bit narrow so if you are driving a seven seater or suv, make sure your skills are good or if it's only me thinking it's difficult to drive in... haha.
