My first experience of Dr. Sonal was when I took my eldest son to see her with an eczema problem when he was a baby. She helped to deal with the problem without relying on steroid creams and built up the immune system to help the body deal with it on its own. Subsequently, Dr. Sonal helped with bronchitis and other complications off the back of flu or seasonal viruses. She can generally help with ear aches if caught early enough helping to avoid a course of antibiotics. Dr. Sonal is generally really good with kids inspecting them thoroughly and ensuring nothing is missed. For these reasons I keep coming to see Dr. Sonal with my second son. Dr. Sonal is always available for a consultation. When we are away, there is always the option of a Skype consultation. Dr. Sonal has helped in the past whilst being on holiday herself and our kids needed help. As for myself, she has helped me to go through my second pregnancy when I dealt with cystitis and urethritis as well as general virus when most of the conventional medicine cannot be used. Dr. Sonal helped my mom with chronic cystitis as well as intestine and digestion problems. Dr. Sonal also helped my sister with pyelonephritis. I have to add that neither my mom nor my sister live in Hong Kong.
