Had a gift for exchanging the size and the staff was very efficient.
My baby has received a gift that was bought from Gap, but the size didn't fit so we wanted to change it at the store. To ensure they have the size we wanted in stock, I've given them a call beforehand. The staff was very helpful. At the store, I didn't have to wait for too long though there were quite some customers due to the sales going on. As mine was a gift receipt (bought at staff discount) it didn't show the price but the staff accidentally shown me the "real" receipt. I guess as such gift receipt doesn't show up often so they'd make such mistake.
