The Maritime Services Training Institute (MSTI) provides a wide range of training courses for new entrants, in-service seafarers, and employees of maritime industry

To fulfil the training and certification requirements for seafarers and mid-stream and shore-based workers, it offers both pre-employment and in-service training courses. Its planned training capacity is approximately 5,000 trainees per year.
