Set up by a group of registered Dietitians and Nutrionists in 1986, it is the first nutritional centre that provides professional nutritional and dietitional services in Hong Kong.

It is to help the genral public prevent diet-related chronic diseases and improve longevity through healthy eating and lifestyles. There is a team of well-trained professionals including registered Dietitians, Nutritionists, Personal Trainers, Physiotherapists and other allied medical therapists.
