As Principal of aKCess, I ensure that Kent College online pupils receive the same warm, individualised education that they would at our home campus in Canterbury, where I am based as a member of Kent College’s Senior Leadership Team.


Supported by a team of specialist teachers, aKCess is designed to blend Kent College’s 130 years of history with a future-focused approach to education -- the best of British teaching in a truly innovative setting.


Underpinning our success is the school’s pastoral system, which creates a caring family community committed to the development and wellbeing of every individual child as well as the broader school community. The four houses of Augustine, Becket, Chaucer and Marlowe, mirroring that of Kent College Canterbury, are strongly supported and aim to create a real sense of ‘community within a community’ -- one in which all of our pupils feel secure and supported as they grow and reach their full potential.
