Overview
Offers a gym experience for young children, with a range of circuits for children to gain an overall beneficial experience.
We offer easy-to-access at entry levels and late-start participants to experience a more positive experience in order to enjoy basic gymnastics training. Tailored designed gymnastics mini-games will be implemented to the warm up and basic conditioning session. By providing physical literacy developmental gymnastics program for children, they gain insight of the exercise development principles. This will encourage them to take part in a wider range of sports activities in future.
