EXCEL is dedicated to promote artistic excellence, and enhance arts literacy. Interest and appreciation through offering high quality life-long learning or part time arts education programmes to the public. We also offer service professional training to teachers, corporate clients, Government Departments and courses designed for people with disabilities. Entrance to EXCEL requires an audition.
