Dr. Sackmann's Language Classes

Welcome to DSLC — Dr. Sackmann's Language Classes, your market leader for German language courses in Hong Kong. DSLC was founded and is run by Dr. Robin Sackmann, a renowned German linguist with more than 12 years experience in German language teaching to Hongkongers, and widely acclaimed as the best German teacher in Hong Kong. Currently an Assistant Professor in Linguistics at HKU, Dr. Sackmann speaks fluently Mandarin and English and also some Cantonese, and can therefore well understand the linguistic needs of Hong Kong learners. All of our courses are taught either by Dr. Sackmann or another member of our professional, experienced and highly motivated DSLC team. As a matter of principle, all of our teachers are native speakers of German — differently from most other institutions, we do not employ local Hong Kong teachers, as our Hong Kong students prefer to learn with professional native speakers.
