Mindful Wing Chun
My son loves it (and I love that he loves it)
My son had tried karate classes previously but not enjoyed it mainly because of the teacher. At Mindful Wing Chun he massively enjoyed the first (complementary) class and asked to go back - the reason being because the teachers make it fun and interesting. And in this age of distraction through digital devices, I love the mindfulness aspect, as well as that the practical part should provide him confidence in the future. Perfect all round.
