Excellent quality and customer service
I have purchased hand crafted items from Knots & Strokes for several years now. I have always been happy with the design and quality. This year I purchased a Nativity Scene for my children. I did not check the set before I bought it and was disappointed when I got home, as the set did not include all the characters I was looking for. I contacted Sharon and she was extremely accommodating and helpful in making a full return. I was very appreciative of her help, as I really should have paid closer attention when I made the purchase. All that said, I had a wonderful customer experience and would highly recommend their products for anyone looking for lovely crafted keepsakes.
