HKFC ( U14 girls)
The girls Football Teams at the HKFC are of a high standard , the coaching is excellent and there is a wonderful team spirit and a sense of community that comes for all the family form being part of this weekly torture!
My daughter is a keen Rugby player ( much to my disgust) , I live in permanent fear that her face will be totally smushed! Various injuries are of course inevitable in contact sport, so I am a very nervous spectator! I have been impressed by the entire Rugby community in HK for both girls & boys, the coaches involved give an incredible amount of their personal time to ensure things run smoothly and are very dedicated and happy to offer support and advice.
It is a must do Sunday activity , I very much recommend it for any energetic child.
