A Unique Yoga Experience for Children
Menka has a unique approach to teaching Kid's yoga which is based purely on her passion. She is able to teach little children deep yogic philosophies by making it simple and fun with songs, games, and exercises. Her dedication to this work is commendable and she has a natural gift in communicating to little children. I love watching her, and whenever I do, I wish I was in her class as a child! I would highly recommend her courses to all mum's' who want to bestow their children with an understanding of their bodies, of how life works, and on how to live with greater awareness.
