I enjoyed my 3 months’ coaching sessions with Lee. It is because when I shared my ups and downs in dealing with my kids, I got an active listener who understood my feelings so well. What I valued more is that Lee gave me honest feedback so that I could see the situations through the eyes of the kids. The coaching enables me to discover my blind spots in relating with my kids. Lee demonstrated her coaching expertise to help me identify my improvement areas. Now, I am confident that I can build harmonious and enjoyable relationship with my kids in the near future.
