I approached Coach Lee with an aim at improving the communication with my teenage daughter. Instead of finding a therapist to understand my feelings, what I need most is a coach that will be able to guide me from here to there and with a clear goal to achieve. Through the 3 months' coaching sessions, Coach Lee has revealed my blind spots and weaknesses in developing the relationship with my girl. She has given me practical advice instead of theories on how to strike the balance between "setting up boundaries" and "letting go". How to express our love sincerely as parents to teens at their rebellious stage, in particular, in the way that they can feel it.
