I got these BuddyPhones for my toddler. We were taking a trip that included a six hour plane ride. It was his first time with headphones, so he was just getting used to them. I like the fact that they are volume limiting. On one occasion he ripped the phones off his head because that is what toddlers do. The action of ripping the phones off his head caused the metal phone plug to bend at the tip. The cable didn't work anymore. I called customer support and explained what happened. They sent me a new cable. Thanks! I have an extension cable ordered that I will use for my next trip in a month. I think in my situation a longer cable would have prevented the problem.
