1. "Pelle Borsa X HOPE Mother's Day Giveaway" ("the Campaign") is organized by Whizpa Limited, Pelle Borsa and HOPE.
2. By participating in the Campaign, you will automatically confirm that you have read, understand and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
3. Each participant can only be eligible for one chance to win the Campaign.
4. 5 winners will be selected by Whizpa Limited. The decisions made by Whizpa Limited will be final and without appeal.
5. The Campaign will end on 6 May 2021 at 11:59pm (GMT+8). Winner announcement will be made within 7 days after the end of the Campaign. Winners will be contacted individually.
6. The prize redemption will be confirmed by Whizpa Limited; prizes should be picked up at the Pelle Borsa shop (Shop 116, Man Yee BLDG, No.60-68 Des Voeux Road, Central Hong Kong).
7. The personal data provided will be used for the prize redemption in the Campaign. The collected data may be used by Whizpa Limited, Pelle Borsa and HOPE for other marketing promotions in the future.
8. In case of any disputes, Whizpa Limited, Pelle Borsa and HOPE reserves the right for final decision.
9. If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of the Campaign, the Chinese version shall prevail.
