At Inspire2Aspire Consulting, our goal is to inspire individuals and organizations to be happier, healthier and to aspire for higher goals in life.

We work with corporates, schools, universities, NGOs, families and kids. We've reached over 100,000 Hongkongers since 2009.

Our services cover three main categories including Public Speaking and Debate Training, Wellness Workshops, and Positive Education.

We work with 50+ schools and universities to offer workshops in public speaking, debate, storytelling, confidence building, speech writing, Impromptu Speaking, Interview Skills, group discussions, emcee MC training and much more.

Our Wellness Workshops are based on the Science of Happiness and Wellbeing, and use evidence-based tools to help participants integrate wellness into their lifestyles. Topics include Whole Person / Holistic Wellbeing, Mindfulness, Laughter Yoga, Yoga-Dance, Character Strengths, Positive Rituals, Positivity Packages and much more.

Positive Education helps kids deal with the challenges of life through developing a Growth Mindset, developing Resilience, social and emotional intelligence, boosting Positive Emotions, understanding and taking action towards Health and Wellbeing. We also offer Character Strengths and Mindfulness workshops for kids to identify their strengths and apply a strengths-based approach to personal development.
